Ingredients

  • 4-5 lemons
  • 3-inch piece of ginger
  • 1/3 cup of raw honey
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • Mint tea

Preparation

  1. Blend together all the ingredients except for the tea until smooth
  2. Place into an ice-cube tray and freeze
  3. To assemble, warm a bag of mint tea in hot water and add 2 cubes with some raw honey and a slice of lemon
